Why are there so many Pre-order items?
My handmade pieces are unique and often one of a kind. I don't tend to make big batches, or multiple identical items, however I am very happy to remake any designs for you! Therefore, the pre-order functionality enables me to see how many pairs you would like (and makes my life a lot less stressful). This does not mean that you will need to wait a long time to receive your item.
Please allow 4-7 days for me to recraft your order. In special cases, such as more complicated designs which might require more time or certain materials, there might be a delay to the mentioned time frame. However, if that were to happen I will get in touch promptly.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
I ship all my orders with Royal Mail including International orders, so please check the delivery options at the checkout where the estimated delivery frame is displayed. For items in stock, the order will be sent within the week of the order at most, often being sent sooner than that. For pre-ordered items please allow 4-7 days for it to be shipped. Once your order is sent to Royal Mail, I will send you a confirmation email.
Free International shipping is available for orders over £50 and over £25 for UK orders.
The shipping price is rounded up to include the price of my standard shipping and packaging materials. This excludes the standard gift packaging which you can add to your order for £1.00 or the velvet pouch gift packaging option for £2.50. See images below.

How heavy are your earrings?
Polymer Clay is very light. Like really light! For anyone who'd like to know the specifics, here are some numbers: my heaviest pair is about 7gr and one of my lightest is about 2gr. If you have any concerns about the measurements or weight of any of my items, please don't hesitate to reach out!

How should I care for my items?
Polymer Clay is quite a durable and light material, which means that you don't have to worry about perfumes and water and other external factors deteriorating the earrings. However the metal elements within your jewellery needs a bit more care, so please try to avoid direct contact with other substances to prolong the life of your jewellery. Also, please don't try to 'bend test' your polymer clay earrings by bending them. They are flexible, but let's not go crazy haha!
